How Do Things Work at

A couple of minutes and your order is in the process! How do you like that? We bet that this is a thousand times faster than writing a paper yourself. If you are ready to become our happy customer, then here are simple steps to follow:

  • Your paper instructions

Open the Order Form and provide your recommendations. This is an essential step because your writer needs to know everything about your instructions. The only way to receive a paper you want is to provide us with detailed and accurate guidance. You can upload the requirements from your professor and add comments if you have any. The basic instructions also include such nuances as a topic, subject, deadline, level, formatting style, etc. The form is clear so that you won’t get confused. However, if you do, make sure to give us a call, and we will assist you.

Don’t forget to add some unique features we have to offer! This includes Plagiarism Report, Abstract Page, Double-Check from an Editor, Used Sources, etc. Request a Preferred, Top, or Advanced Writer for a small additional fee or enjoy cooperation with a Basic one (it’s free).

  • Provide your email and phone number

Don’t worry, we keep your information confidential. We need your email to provide you with login information. If you refuse to provide a valid one, then you won’t be able to enter your account. Also, we kindly ask you to leave your phone number. This is for an emergency case.

  • Make a payment

You can pay online with the help of your MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, or Discover card. All transactions are secure.

  • Be a part of the process

You are welcome to keep in touch with your writer during the process. If you are not sure that you have something to discuss – then just have a rest, and we will deal with your paper meanwhile.

  • Get your order

First, you will receive a draft in a .jpg format. You won’t be able to download and edit this one. Just take a close look and confirm the paper done. If you are not sure that everything satisfies you, please request a free revision. After confirmation, you will get a final version in a .doc format. Now the paper is yours, and you can use it as a sample and referencing material for your own project!

Revisions and refunds

We want to tell you more about these options. Both are applied when you don’t like the paper done. Here are the details:

  • Revisions

You have two weeks after delivery to request free editing. Be aware that we will fix, edit, or rewrite your paper for free only if doesn’t meet your initial instructions and/or includes mistakes. If you want to change the initial instructions, you will have to place a new order or pay additionally for a revision.

  • Refunds

Refunds can be requested at any stage of the ordering process. Depending on the situation, you can get a full or partial refund. As you understand, each case is reviewed individually. However, if we fail to deliver a paper on time, you will receive a 100% refund without questions.
